Charles G. Hollins
Digital strategist, software developer, and filmmaker with an extensive interdisciplinary background in entertainment technology, online marketing and social media applications.
As an innovator and pioneer of Web technology, Mr. Hollins began developing government Web sites in 1993 – the same year that the world’s first graphical Web browser was released.
Mr. Hollins currently runs Digital Ensight, a consulting company that helps individuals, groups and companies use digital tools in practical and innovative ways. Using an approach that blends productivity coaching, training and consulting, Charles helps others to use technology to reach personal and professional goals.
Bonique’s 10 year old company produces websites and develops compelling marketing materials for companies such as Toyota, Honda, Disney and the Mayor’s Office of Los Angeles to name a few.
Kaleidoscope Consulting Group, Inc. recently made the Winners Circle when the Walt Disney Company nominated them for Supplier of the Year. Kaleidoscope has been featured on KTLA’s hit show Making It; which highlights the triumphs and contributions of minority businesses and entrepreneurs. In addition, Bonique has a recurring segment “Technology Tips” for NBC’s hit Kaleidoscope Consulting Group, Inc recently made the Winners Circle when the Walt Disney Company nominated them for Supplier of the Year.

Natalie started her career in social media as a frustrated small business owner looking to expand her global reach. She used social media to attract customers, grow sales in her health business and brand her name. In less than 6 months Natalie was able to quit her corporate job and triple her income using only online strategies. It was then that she decided to train and empower others on how to effectively use the social media-marketing platform to grow their business. She can be found around the Los Angeles training, speaking and teaching as well as doing webinars for her international clients.
Eugenia Marshall took an interest in finance from an early age, and in elementary and high school was voted class treasurer. After High School, Eugenia moved to Los Angeles to attend Cal State Los Angeles. Shortly thereafter, she found employment as the Finance Administrator at Lee & Associates where she worked on multi-million dollar commercial real estate deals with companies such as Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, MTV, and Jerry Bruckheimer.
Eugenia served as the Director of Operations of Tavis Smiley’s holding company; The Smiley Group, Inc. which is comprised of seven diverse media/communications companies. Recently, she took a position as the Operations/HR Manager for GSO Business Management. GSO is one of the largest entertainment, high net worth and corporate business management firms in the nation. Additionally, she is a managing partner of Social Butterfly Consulting. Social Butterfly Consulting has created and managed social networks for Urban Issues Forum, Maverick’s Flat, Connie Rice, Cash Money Records, Interscope, The American Heart Association and others.
Dallas Fowler is a proud Los Angeles native and graduate of the school of Business and Industry at Florida A&M Unversity receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Before Dallas became the Principal of Daltek Global Solutions, LLC a boutique digital & print media firm specializing in outreach, political & business development consulting; she was the Corporate Procurement Analyst and National Supplier Diversity Coordinator for US Bank. She holds over 10+ years of project management and event planning experience.

Jennifer Ford is the founder of LA Social Karma, a boutique social media marketing firm that offers small and local businesses the tools needed to succeed in the ever-changing online world. Her company provides one-on-one training, “done for you” social media, consulting and group classes. She has owned and managed her company for three years and loves assisting local businesses to take control and improve their social media and email marketing.
As the founder of Linear SG, Cameron Pashak is a seasoned Creative Director and Marketing Strategist. Cameron has experience solving and strategizing the challenges that face brands in a diverse marketplace. He combines this award winning grasp of visual communications, understanding a brand’s business operations and uses various mediums to create noteworthy communications. He is a solution provider, presenter, email marketing and social media Expert with Constant Contact.

Senior Community Manager LA East – Yelp.com: Real People, Real Reviews
Katie Burbank is the LA East Community Manager for Yelp.com. She educates the public on how to effectively use Yelp as a local resource, helps business owners navigate the inner workings of “claiming” their business pages, and expands Yelp’s presence as a go-to site for the most amazing local businesses in LA. In addition to providing support to the Yelp community online, Katie also pens the Weekly Yelp (an email newsletter that features unique local hot spots), and partners with local businesses to host events for the Yelp community that encourage them to further explore their surroundings and patronize local businesses.
Matias Mendigochea, is Briabe Mobile VP of Sales and Marketing. He is responsible for driving Briabe’s sales and marketing strategies in order to best position the firm with large advertisers and potential strategic agency partners. He comes to the team with more than 18 years of advertising and marketing experience in the Latin American and US markets.
Having started his career at J. Walter Thompson as a copy writer on Ford, he later moved to the account side managing accounts like Nestle, Motorola, Sears, Acer, and Kimberly Clark. He was then recruited to open and oversee a local office in Los Angeles for the largest planning and buying Out of Home (OOH) media company in the world, Kinetic. There he oversaw media planning and buys for clients like Boost Mobile, Warner Brothers, 20th Century Fox, etc. Most recently, Matias was part of a consulting marketing agency that oversaw all of the multicultural efforts for Nissan and Infiniti.
