Some of the best fitness professionals in the Los Angeles area will have 8-weeks to get 20 members of the community in their best shape.
Each trainer will have one week with the contestants and will train them for two to three days a week.
The unique part of this program is that the contestants will experience various methods of fitness training and health gurus to keep them motivated throughout the process. Participants can also expect to work out in different environments and modes of fitness training.
The Fitness Syndicate and the American Heart Association wants the public to understand the real process behind weight loss. CJ, CEO of CJ’s Functional Fitness and creator of The Fitness Syndicate explains, “There are no quick fixes when it comes to weight loss; dedication, hard work and consistency is the only way to sustained health. We will provide safe and realistic results in real time.”
Ultimately, The Fitness Syndicate/AHA “Power Fitness Challenge” is promoting a pure message to the Los Angeles community about life fitness and wellness. CJ adds, “Obesity and hypertension are obstacles that we must overcome as a community. People are dying earlier than necessary due to sedentary lifestyles, stress, and poor food choices. I’ve found the best of the best celebrity trainers who want nothing more than to get our community in shape and we will do just that!”
