New Orleans Style Gluten Free and Vegan Gumbo Recipe

1 cup of chopped organic brown onion
1 cup of chopped organic bell pepper
1 cup of chopped organic celery
1 cup of chopped organic green onion
1/2 cup of chopped organic garlic
1/2 cup of organic finely chopped parsley
1 cup of chopped organic okra

3 quarts of Pacific Organic Vegetable Broth
1 cup of Organic Brown Rice flour
1 cup of Organic Mahatma Brown Rice
1/2 cup of Organic Vegan Butter
1/2 cup of Organic “Simple Truth “Canola Oil
1 cup of “Simple Truth” Stewed Tomatoes

1 pound of Beyond Meat Sausage
1 pound of chicken flavored Vegan grilled “Alpha Strips”
1 pound of plant based “Be Leaf” Shrimp

CW Chris Collard Greens Recipe

3 bushes of fresh collard greens
2 smoked turkey necks
Full tablespoon of seasoning salt
½ tablespoon of black pepper
½ tablespoon of garlic powder
¼ tablespoon of chicken seasoning
1/8 tablespoon cayenne pepper
½ clove of garlic diced
½ onion diced

Clean, wash and cut greens and place in a big pot
Fill a container with hot water for seasoning
Add to the hot water the seasoning salt, black pepper, garlic powder, chicken seasoning and cayenne pepper
Mix all the seasoning well in the hot water
Pour the seasoned water into the pot with the greens. Add additional water as needed to cover the greens to the top
Add the garlic, onions and turkey necks
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes reduce heat in half and cook for 3 hours or until perfectly tender.
Serve with cornbread or hush puppies.
