MAKING THE CONNECTION: Linking Physical and Emotional Health Presented by Community Build

During this information packed session, four millennial influencers in nutrition, photography, personal motivation and holistic wellness have a lively conversation on how to get and stay healthy in mind, body and spirit.

Community Build, Inc., and Lyft have partnered to provide residents of South Los Angeles access to free or discounted rides to and from COVID-19 vaccine sites. South Los Angeles residents with the Lyft app on their phone can visit to register for a promotional code. South Los Angeles residents without the Lyft app can call 877 VAC-RYDE (822-7933) and operators will arrange for transportation to and from vaccine appointments.

Loren Daniels is an entrepreneur and wellness influencer and the owner and CEO of the clothing brand Generational Health. After transitioning to a plant based diet to achieve better physical and emotional health while attending college, she began a mission to teach her community about the power of a healthy and more plant based diet. Loren managed cafés for several years before she decided to start I Eat Plants, a small meal prepping company. The native Angeleno believes that forming healthy habits can establish a mindset which allows a person to reclaim their power and manifest prosperity in all aspects of life.
