Gwendolyn Manning is a visionary leader in preventive health, with nearly 30 years of experience advancing community health equity. Her journey began with a deep commitment to transforming public health outcomes for underserved populations, particularly within the Black community. Since 2009, Gwendolyn has served as the Program Coordinator for Black Infant Health (BIH), a statewide initiative dedicated to improving birth outcomes and strengthening the resilience of Black birthing people.

Zuri A. Murrell, MD Colorectal Surgeon and Specialist
Zuri A. Murrell, M.D. is a leading Los Angeles Colorectal Surgeon & Specialist. Currently Dr. Murrell serves as the Medical Director of Outreach and Quality Integration for Cedars-Sinai’s Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute. Dr. Murrell specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a spectrum of colorectal functions, including hemorrhoids; colon cancer; rectal cancer; Crohn’s Disease; Colitis IBD Treatment; and Colonoscopies. Saundre has over 13 years of professional counseling experience working in shelters, schools, and mental health clinics. She received a master’s degree in social work from Howard University with a focus on Black mental health and community healing. create safe and humanizing spaces for Black Women to begin their healing journey. She opened her private practice, Queens N’ Therapy, which is specifically tailored to meet the mental health needs of Black Women. Dr. Bill Releford, Podiatrist
Dr. Bill Releford, D.P.M., known as “The Doctor and The Farmer,” is a visionary leader at the intersection of healthcare innovation, sustainability, and community empowerment. He is the owner of Bloom Ranch, the largest Black-owned ranch, 250-acres, in Los Angeles County. He has over 35 years of experience in diabetic limb preservation. Dr. Bill Releford has advanced healthcare solutions through The Releford Foot and Ankle Institute. Attendees will learn how he integrates agriculture with health, as Bloom Ranch and The Real FARMacy are redefining the intersection of food, wellness, and healing.
